Sunday has rolled around again quickly, and I love them in equal measures. One being I still have a whole day off, and the downside it means its Monday tomorrow and back at work!
But I have the fabulous Six for Sunday tag to get me through the day. Today’s prompt is all about, Tropes I love. Oh boy I do love a good trope.
Before we get onto the list here is where Six for Sunday originates from.. Six for Sunday was created by Steph over at A Little But A Lot A weekly prompt to shout out our six faves on a certain topic. You can also check out Steph’s blog for prompts in the future if you are like me and like to know ahead. You can find the prompts here.
Some of these are clichés but honestly I don’t care!
I am a sucker for a love triangle. I mean need I say more, Rhysand, Feyre and Tamlin.
Friends to Lovers
I have always loved this trope. It makes my little heart happy.
Enemies to Lovers
I don’t know why but there has always been a thrill when the enemies who dislike each other start to fall in love.
You have to agree about 90% of the books we read are about a chosen one who defeats everything to come out on top.
Again like the chosen one I love when a character “find” themselves. Their growth is what makes their characters more endearing to me.
The Secret Heir
I love a secret heir, one who is finding their long lost family member.
